The magician displays four Queens and four Kings and his lucky coin. The spectator shuffles the Queens and the Kings. She selects a King and a Queen, a completely free selection. When she holds the lucky coin the cards match, a marriage and conversely with no lucky coin the cards do not match. These Mental Marriages are uncanny magic.

For the climax, the spectator is given the lucky coin and a choice of two envelopes in which he can win a Million. First he opens the envelope not selected to show that it contains a $20 bill. The lucky envelope is opened in which is a check that states, "A Million Thanks."

A card is selected and returned to the pack which is then shuffled. The magician then feels the backs of the cards one at a time and is able to find the selected card by sensing which card is warmer from the spectators touch! The selected card is then shuffled into the pack again only to jump to the top of the deck. You remove an "Invisible Deck" of cards from your pocket.

Have a spectator shuffle the deck, then cut it. Now, have him "remove" one card from the deck and "show" it to everyone....keep in mind the deck isn't really there!

Tell the spectator to turn his card face down and replace it in the pack. Now, you bring out a "visible pack." Have the spectator name his card -- the one he selected from the "Invisible Deck". Run through the visible cards until you find one face down card. And, sure enough, it is the card selected by the spectator!

This little gimmick has been used by the best magicians worldwide. Tommy Wonder loved to use the "long card" for his "Tamed Card" effect. Comes with four random faced long or wide cards in the Phoenix back design.

The magician explains that he is going to show a trick that was performed by a famous one-armed magician.

To demonstrate he places his right hand in his pocket. With his left hand he holds up a deck of cards and instructs the spectator to peek at any card he likes.

Without any suspicious moves the magician hands out the deck to the spectator and nonchalantly snaps his fingers. The spectator is now asked to go through the deck and find his chosen card. The spectator looks through the deck but the card has vanished!

The magician slowly removes his right hand from his pocket and shows the selected card! A miracle.

Christoph Borer, the inventor of this trick, released this effect years ago but only in the German speaking countries where it gathered great reputation. Now it is available in an even more convincing version using Phoenix cards. We fooled all great names in magic in Atlanta, San Diego and at the Magic Castle, Hollywood. The method is so brilliant you'll love to perform it.
